  • No you do not! Our goal is to meet you where you’re at, and get you where you want to go. We welcome everyone, whether you’re trying to losing weight, on the road to a competition best, or just trying to stay in shape enough to keep up with your kids.

  • Absolutely. We have knowledgable coaches who can help you scale higher skills to progress safely towards them, if that’s your goal. However, we will never push you where you don’t want to go. Our number 1 priority is ALWAYS safety, and ensuring you get stronger, not injured.

  • We have highly experience coaches that give you the perfect scale to achieve intended stimulus. You’ll hear “stimulus” a lot. It’s always relative. When we say go “fast” today, it just means you go at YOUR fast pace. As you grow with us, you’ll feel more in tune with what pace is best for each workout.

  • Absolutely.

    We have started many individuals with 1-on-1 sessions before migrating to the group class. Or you may never move to a class and stick with sessions with the coach of your choice!
