I started coaching in late 2017. I started The Compound in February of 2021 with the goal of providing a place where anyone who wanted to could improve their lives and health in an environment that was welcoming and friendly. In essence, a family community.
Since its inception, The Compound has brought more joy through fitness than I ever envisioned, with its prospects only growing. I am an athlete and a coach and every day is a chance to get healthier and fitter than the day before. We have an amazing team and community, and every person that walks through our doors becomes a part of the family.
I look forward to coaching every day, and every individual.

I started CrossFit in 2011 and quickly realized that challenging myself in the gym paid off in all aspects of my life. The mental toughness, physical strength and resiliency were just what I needed. After experiencing the benefits of pushing myself past my own expectations, I decided I NEEDED to share that with others.
I began coaching in 2012 and have developed a passion for building a supportive, welcoming community where people can challenge themselves and improve their overall health. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals, push through mental obstacles, and learn to "embrace the suck". I believe CrossFit is a community for all fitness levels where people can discover what they are capable of and ultimately change their lives.

CrossFit Level 1
I have been a CrossFit coach for 3 years and have been competing in CrossFit and fitness for 7 years. In 2017, I started working out at a new gym with my family and discovered I had a real passion for fitness, and CrossFit specifically. Working in fitness brings a lot of joy to me, I love getting people to where they want to go. Coaching at The Compound has given me and many others the opportunity to be in a positive, welcoming environment and makes it the best place to work out, with the best group of people around.

I’ve been doing CrossFit since November of 2020. From a young age, human anatomy, physiology and body mechanics have always intrigued me, and for as long as I can remember I’ve always loved working out. It wasn’t until I was 13 that CrossFit got introduced. I’d never heard of it until my mom invited me to try a class with her, and I immediately fell in love. Since then, I’ve competed in numerous competitions and become a CrossFit level 1 trainer. Today, I continue to train to be the best and fittest version of myself I can be, and I am blessed and grateful to step into a role where I can guide other people on the same journey.
